Will I receive an email confirmation of my online order?
Yes, you will receive a thank you confirmation acknowledging your order. You will also receive a phone call from an Inbox Catering associate by 8 am the next business day (Mon - Fri) to confirm your order. At that time, we will discuss any special requests, verify delivery instructions, and answer any other questions. We will also process your payment at that time.
Am I required to place my order online?
No. While Inbox Catering encourages our customers to utilize our online ordering system, our associates are available to assist you with your order over the phone.
How far in advance do I need to place my order?
Inbox Catering requires a 24 hour notice (Mon - Fri) on orders for 30 or less, 48 hours notice for orders between 30 - 50, and 72 hours on orders for 50 or more. Please note, these time framesDO NOT include Saturdays or Sundays.
Do you offer weekend delivery?
Yes, weekend delivery is available but requires a minimum order of $200 and 48 hours advance notice.
Is there a delivery charge and how much?
Yes, there is a seperate charge for delivery depending on the location and/or set-up requirements.
Are drinks included with my meal?
No, drinks may be purchased for $1. Please see our menus for beverage options.
Are condiments included with my meal?
Yes, all meals include condiments, napkins, and utensils. Other disposables may be added for an additional charge.
